Real Estate Portfolio Analyst

The Candidate will join the Asset Management Department and will be responsible for monitoring ongoing projects, managing of business plans for developments and reporting on the entire scope of the development portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a previous working experience up to 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate, including internships and training placements.

 Main responsibilities

• Coordinating with project managers for capex forecasting and capex accrual;
• verification and analysis of variances between forecast and actual cash flow;
• supporting Project Managers and administration in managing contracts, order entry, analysis and allocation of Progress Payment Certificate and invoices;
• verification on accounting balances of complete and correct recording of all events during the period;
• coordination with Group Corporate function and administration in determining capitalized borrowing costs as well as capitalizing the cost of personnel dedicated to developments;
• preparation and periodic updating of business plans and indicators, governance dossiers and information set for semi-annual evaluations;
• monitoring of operational targets;
• production and control of ratios with monthly monitoring of job orders and gap analysis to budget;
• preparation of the set of information and data needed for quarterly financial reporting;
• preparation of the information and data needed to prepare the forecast, budget and five-year plan (as well as related KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering or Finance;
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Office package;
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
